The houses are located on a 1.9 ha site on the outskirts of the village of Fanbyn (no. 236 + 238, municipality of Bräcke) with houses far apart. The lot shows the house of the detail photos, a barn converted into a home, a detached garage and a stuga. The view from the house on the Sundsjön with one of the islands and the white church of Fjällsta on the other side is beautiful. The house is in a quiet place with little traffic. The house is equipped with fast internet through fiber optic & wifi.
Layout of the house
The entrance door is located under the covered porch (2024). From the hall upon entering is the renovated bathroom with electrically adjustable underfloor heating. Also from the hall access to the kitchen, living room and stairs. Next to the kitchen with dining table is a small sitting room with a view over the lake. On the first floor there is a landing with access to two spacious bedrooms. In the garden there is another stuga with another single bed on the first floor.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with 4 hotplates and oven. The compact built-in refrigerator has a small freezer compartment. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with all standard amenities such as kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and baking. The cleaning cabinet contains the vacuum cleaner, mop, etc. There is no dishwasher available. In the kitchen is the dining table with 4 chairs. There are also two folding chairs available.
Living room
The living room has a sofa, coffee table and Android television. One of the windows also offers a view over the lake.
Bathroom
The bathroom, renovated in early 2024, is located on the ground floor. This is now equipped with underfloor heating and has a walk-in shower with lockable doors. Next to the toilet there is a small sink.
Winter
This part of Sweden still has real winters. Usually the permanent snow comes around December 1 and then stays until April. Because the street on which the house is located is kept free of snow all year round, you can easily reach the house all year round. In winter, winter tires are enough to get there. Diagonally opposite the house is the village hall where an illuminated cross-country ski track has been built (2km). Just before Gällo are the local ski slopes of Mickelbacken. Several ski areas can be found at a greater distance. But you can even ski here all year round because the longest ski tunnel is in Gällo (open all year round!). Opposite the house in the forest is a cross-country ski route of 2km.
Heating / cooling
The house is heated by a new air conditioning unit installed in the hall. With this unit, the whole house is heated (or can be cooled in summer). The bathroom has underfloor heating with timer. There is no wood stove yet, but there is a chimney so a stove can be realized.
Water sports
A few hundred meters away is a 'launch place' (see photos). The locals launch their fishing boats here with the trailer behind the car. You can also launch your canoe there.
We cannot give the house the right attention because in our enthusiasm we had bought a house a few years ago. We now want to concentrate on that and for this reason we offer this house (with the most contents) for sale.
