The home is in Wellerlooi near Arcen on the edge of National Park "the Maasduinen".
This park consists of a string of nature east of the river with extensive heathlands, dunes, marshes and forests.
In this varied landscape with small cozy towns and villages is an extensive web of hiking and biking routes and marked.
Here you will find rest or active recreation. A versatile piece of Netherlands with about its own identity that you feel are abroad.

o On the outskirts of the village begin lovely walking and cycling routes.

o Foot and bicycle ferry across the river to Blitterswijck.
o Rosarium Seuren.

Arcen:
o Castle Gardens: largest flower and plant park in Europe, in the Christmas season: winter wonderland.
o Thermal.
o Hertog Jan brewery and distillery grain kingfisher.
o Many cozy, nice restaurants and cafes. In the spring you can of course enjoy the local delicacy: asparagus.

Sevenum:
o Toverland (indoor and outdoor theme park rides).
