For more than 15 years we have been renting out our naturist homes in Vera Playa with great pleasure and passion to hundreds of satisfied guests from the Netherlands, Flanders, Scandinavia, Spain...
Now we think it's time for a new chapter in our lives and we have decided to sell our 3 Casas Vera Naturista.
Our properties are in the best locations in the middle of the naturist area of Vera Playa and have reliable rental potential. Naturism is a growing niche market with only limited opportunities to invest. Well-known are Cap d'Agde in the south of France, Costa Natura on the Costa del Sol and Vera Playa on the Costa Almeria. Vera Playa is known for its family-friendly character, plenty of space on an official naturist beach of 2km and of course the uncertainty of Andalusia all year round. Unlike Cap d'Agde (less family-oriented) and Costa Natura (small with limited beach). Located in an attractive area, Vera Playa is close to the towns of Vera Pueblo, Mojacar (pueblo and playa), port town of Garucha and fishing village Villaricos.
This lovely stretch of coast is visited by the Madrileños who will be able to travel directly to Vera by TGV train from next year. Opening of the HST station in Vera is planned for the end of 2027... This will definitely be an extra boost for tourism here!!
We sell our homes through a local Flemish real estate agent who has been active in the region for years and knows the housing market inside out. A guarantee for a smooth and clear sale in the Dutch language. You can also contact her for the transfer of electricity and water contracts, internet subscription, insurance, etc.
