Haus Bergzicht

You will like the house because it is very nice and was some time ago at D-reizen house of the month.
Our house is located 2 km from Willingen in a quiet residential area with a walking path into the woods directly adjoining.

The Sauerland is also called the land of 1000 mountains. It is beautiful and if you like the peace and nature you will definitely enjoy a holiday in my apartment. All four seasons are beautiful in their own way and there are many outdoor and indoor activities for young and old!

The house is located on the outer border of the hamlet of Schwalefeld (a few km from Willingen) against a mountain at an altitude of 600 meters. Due to its high location, you have a very nice view of the opposite mountains and a ski slope. You can also walk (via a private staircase opposite the front door) from the apartment directly into the woods. In summer, nature lovers are an excellent starting point for hiking tours.

In winter there are plenty of skiing opportunities: in Willingen there are 9 km of slopes with snow cannons. So you can usually ski there in winter.

The house has a living/dining room annex kitchen over the full width of more than six meters. There is also a covered west-facing balcony of 1.65 meters deep over the full width. It is good to stay here on sunny and warm days.
There are three 2-person bedrooms. There is an extra bed in the attic. Actually it is a 6-person house, but because of the extra bed 7 people can also sleep.
There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and bath. Especially the latter is wonderful after a day of being active.
The apartment with central heating is fully equipped.
In addition, there are some extras: game box, cushions for the garden chairs, TV with Dutch channels, audio system (with DVD player), Senseo machine, combi microwave, deep fryer, washing machine, iron.

You can park the car in front of the house. To get to the front door, walk up the outside stairs (about 50 steps) to the front door. Inside, the house is on one level, with the exception of the attic bedroom.

Because of corona, I now leave the house unoccupied for at least 24 hours in the event of a change of guests. This allows it to be cleaned extra well.
