In 2019 we bought our penthouse (located on the corner and south) in Los Arenales del Sol new. It is located between the bustling city of Alicante (10 km) and the port of Santa Pola (8 km). Your penthouse is easy to reach from the airport, whether by (rental) car, taxi or bus.

The village of Arenales itself is neat and spacious. It is located on a long boulevard with a few small supermarkets, div. restaurants, a wide sandy beach with eateries and sunbeds. A large shopping center is located in the neighboring village of Gran Alacant.

The penthouse (on the fifth floor) is located 350 m from the boulevard, is bright and spacious (75 m2) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with separate toilet and spacious balcony with (sliding) glass curtains. It faces south, so the sun shines in from 9:00 am in the winter and the balcony is nice and warm because of the glass curtains.

The private roof terrace with lounge set is 70 m2 in size, has a shower and a bbq. From there you have a magnificent view of the World Heritage Site Clot de Galvany.

Addition: Hot water via solar panel / filtered tap water via Osmosis installation / Commercial tourist rental is officially allowed

Hola☀️ We are retired boomers who still play tennis and/or padel 2x a week. This corner penthouse is our 2nd purchase in Spain. 25 years ago we bought and sold our first Spanish home. Now it's time to see and experience😅 something different That's why, with a feeling of melancholy, we put our penthouse up for sale, so that a younger generation can enjoy it for a long time! In the area you will find many, diverse beaches.
Torrevieja is known for its Friday market. One of many in the area.
