In 2019 we bought this (corner) penthouse in Los Arenales del Sol new. It is located between the bustling city of Alicante (9 km) and the port of Santa Pola (8 km) and 10 km from Alicante/el Altet airport. So from the airport, your penthouse can be reached quickly and easily, both by taxi and by bus.
The village of Arenales itself is neat and spacious with many new buildings. It is located on a beautiful promenade with a few small supermarkets and restaurants and a wide sandy beach with eateries and sunbeds. A large shopping center is located in the neighboring village of Gran Alacant.
The penthouse (on the fifth floor) is located 350 m from the boulevard, is light and spacious (75m2) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with separate toilet and spacious balcony with (sliding) glass curtains. It faces south, so the sun shines in from 9:00 am in the winter and the balcony is nice and warm because of the glass curtains. In the summer, the sun does not shine in, so it stays nice and cool. The private roof terrace (6th floor) with garden furniture is 70m2 in size. From there you have a magnificent view of the World Heritage Site Clot de Galvany.
