Heppiehuis is the name of our cozy 6-person holiday bungalow, renovated in 2017. From the house you can walk to the beautiful Zuiderstrand in 3 minutes. The non-smoking house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a small guest room with sofa bed and 2 (small) bathrooms. The kitchen was completely renovated in early 2022 and is equipped with a 4-person dining set, a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and extractor hood. Also 2 patio doors to the backyard with a veranda.
The entire house has underfloor heating (nice and cozy in the colder months!), new furniture and 2-person box spring beds. In the living room you will find sliding doors to the front garden. Here you can sit outside with the four of you and use the stone fireplace, suitable for a BBQ. In addition to this front garden, the house also has a side garden and large backyard (total 830 m2). In the backyard you will also find the separate laundry and central heating room with washing machine. The garden is also completely fenced, so you can let your dog(s) play freely here. There is a private parking space in front of the house (driveway with carport), and since April 1, 2022, the parking space at the front of the house is only for permit holders. If you receive family or friends, they can park for a fee in the parking space in front of Hotel Kaap West.
The Joossen recreation area is a quiet holiday area (so no park, no barrier) with all detached holiday homes. Due to its fantastic location, a 3-minute walk from the beach and close to the center of both Westkapelle and Zoutelande, the Joossen is very popular. Take a long walk on the beach or walk over the dunes to Zoutelande or Westkapelle. Both villages are very atmospheric and perfect for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat. If you are looking for something a little more hustle and bustle, the beautiful city of Middelburg is a half-hour drive away, where you can enjoy shopping or visiting museums.
