We hereby offer our holiday home with furnishings for sale. The property has recently been completely renovated, with new roofing, insulation in the entire ceiling and walls. The original low ceiling has been opened up to create more space. The newly installed boiler provides sufficient hot water.
When you enter through the French doors you will find a beautiful, spacious storage cupboard on the right, also for hanging clothes. If desired, you can also connect a TV, the preparation is also in the cupboard. On the left you will see a neat dining table that can accommodate at least 4 people. The table can also be folded out. In the living/dining room you will also find a neat sofa bed with coffee table. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 people overnight.
The kitchen has an excellent refrigerator with freezer compartment, absolutely sufficient in terms of space. On the kitchenette you will also see a neat induction hob, an electric kettle and a coffee maker. The other supplies can be found in the kitchen cupboards.
On to the bedrooms.
The first room is the master bedroom. Despite a small double bed, the space is otherwise well used: with several small cupboards, a large wardrobe and storage boxes on wheels, you can easily store your clothes and bedding.
On the other side the small bedroom with a bunk bed. A simple but solid cupboard for some clothes is in the corner. The fuse box and water connection for the washing machine are located in the other corner of the bedroom.
The connection for the washing machine runs through the wall to the bathroom, which comes next. At the back of the house you will find the bathroom. Newly finished, practical and actually equipped with everything: a top-loading washing machine, toilet, sink with two cabinets, shower and storage space for towels, etc.
The last room, not yet described, can be found above the ceiling. The boiler is located here and you can store some things. The space can be reached via the two bedrooms and the bathroom via a household staircase.
Outside the house you will find a neat garden with quite a bit of space, which can be adjusted if necessary. Since the house is located in an open field, it is nice to have your own piece of garden with a little more privacy. The newly built shed is located on the traversable part of the plot, it contains 3 bicycles and some garden supplies.
Concerns the campsite itself.
The standard season runs from the end of March to the end of October (7 months), where the rental price of the plot is +/- €2200 per season. A season extension is also possible for an additional fee.
Please note: pets are not allowed in this part of the park (dogs, cats, anything that can get outside the house)!
The park offers plenty of entertainment for children and adults. Activities are organized in the summer, but during the season you can have fun on the various playgrounds, sports fields and in the new swimming pool.
There are beautiful cycling and walking routes, Oostvoorne center and the beach are close to the campsite and the Brielse Meer (with sandy beaches) is a 5-minute walk from the house.
