In a wooded area between Nijverdal and Hellendoorn in the village of Haarle, lies our beautiful new chalet with all its contents and private land(!). The plot is about 500 m2 and the surface of the chalet model 'cube' is about 56 m2. Because we were the first owners in the park, we bought the largest lot. This provides a lot of privacy.
All conveniences available in the chalet: fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, two full bedrooms, neat bathroom and a spacious living room. At the back is an attached barn of 8 m2. Here is the boiler and the washing machine. In addition, there is an air conditioner in the living room for hot summers. This chalet was newly installed in December 2023 and is from a Dutch builder. Because we don't use it enough, it's for sale.
The park costs (= maintenance of public green spaces, street lighting, joint costs) are approx. 2000 p/y. There is an active VVE and good social control. The park is still under development and is expected to be completed and finished in 2025.
Own land has been bought at the notary and the chalet is movable property.
A great investment to rent out as possible, but certainly also for your own use (all year round!). Renting out is not allowed!
