On the provincial border of Gelderland and Overijssel, in the Berkelland region, there is a lodge where you start the day with nature awakening right in front of you. Squirrels, hares, deer, pheasants and even the green woodpecker all make an appearance. Sleeping with the curtains open is still possible here!
This lodge, or tiny house, is located at Holiday Park Den Blanken. Not only are all facilities available here, such as catering, bicycle rental, play area for children, swimming pool and tennis court, it is also located in the greenest area in the Netherlands. The Achterhoek and Berkelland are excellent regions for cycling and walking; There are forests and greenery everywhere. Moreover, this region is not overrun by tourists and visitors, like the Veluwe, but is quiet, friendly and hospitable.
Because of the special placement on the plot, your privacy is optimal, while the shade of the trees around it provide shade and coolness all day long. This park is visited by young families and people over 50, which is something to take into account. The bustle of the campsite is of course consciously sought out, but otherwise it is quiet and peaceful in and in front of the house.
The lodge is suitable for two adults. The car may enter the park and be parked in front of the door. Although the kitchen is simple (without oven and dishwasher), it is fully equipped for self-catering.
Accessibility: the park is best reached by car. The nearest train stations are Lochem and Goor. Unfortunately, a bus does not stop nearby.
