Rental plot 134b: 400m² Built in 2019. This attractive chalet (approx. 55m² incl. veranda) is located on a lovely plot, really a place to really fall in love with and completely unwind! It is a perfect base for many cycling and walking tours across the Veluwe. Pitch: do you choose sun or shade? You can do both. There are several seating areas where you can enjoy your privacy. Can you already see yourself eating a biscuit with strawberries on the porch? Enjoy the free concert of the birds and see the playing squirrels?
Layout: The chalet has an attractively furnished living room with sliding doors to the veranda and two patio doors to the terrace. The Bruynzeel kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a built-in cupboard in the kitchen. At the entrance is the coat rack on the left and a central heating cupboard on the right (2019). On the left you enter the bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom has a built-in closet with sliding doors. From the second bedroom you can store things in a storage attic with a kitchen ladder. If there are six of you, fold out the sofa in the living room into a double bed. The living room has air conditioning, also handy to turn on the cooling or heating via an app when you are on your way to the chalet. There is a private parking space at the chalet where two cars can be parked behind each other. Next to the chalet is a log cabin in which the (electric) bicycles can be parked. Cameras are attached under the veranda and to the log cabin. The chalet is sold including inventory with the exception of a few items that are listed on the inventory list available with us. You can rent out the chalet for 12 weeks a year. We have never rented it out.
