Location & concept
The chalets are located on two different campsites, about 35 kilometres apart, on the beautiful Italian Mediterranean Sea. Both campsites are open from mid-April to the end of September and offer a relaxing holiday experience in a natural, cultural environment. The chalets are fully furnished and have comfortable, covered verandas – perfect for long summer evenings. They are currently already rented out and are therefore ready for rental immediately.
Interesting return
The camping chalets can officially be rented out. You pay rent to the campsite every year, approximately €4,300 – €4,800 per chalet. There is a one-time entrance fee of €2,500. You will receive an annual contract with the campsite. At the end of the season, gas and electricity are settled. Return is on average between 10% and 15%, depending on your rental efforts.
