The charming 18th century house has many original details such as oak beamed ceilings but is equipped with all modern conveniences. The 4-storey house has a new kitchen, a new roof and a new combi heating system. The façade and all the woodwork have been recently painted and are in very good condition. The house is in excellent condition.
The most special thing about Lubriano is the truly magnificent view of Civita, the Bagnoregio and the valley around it. The attached photos do not do justice to reality. Lubriano is centrally located in Italy just 15 minutes from Orvieto and Bolsena with the beautiful lake of Bolsena and a medieval center and many Etruscan and Roman remains. Many famous sights such as Florence, Siena and Assisi are easily accessible and very suitable as a day trip.
Both by train and by car, both the center and the international airport of Rome can be reached in about 1.5 hours via the A1 motorway. From Eindhoven and Amsterdam there are almost daily 2-hour flights to Rome Leonardo da Vinci international airport. From Eindhoven it is a 17-hour drive on normal Saturdays
The house also offers excellent possibilities to rent out. Especially because of the view of and the proximity of Civita de Bagnoregio. This tourist attraction is a Unesco site. Due to its location, the view of Civita de Bagnoregio is the most beautiful in the area, but it is still a beautiful, quiet authentic Italian village.
