The estate consists of two completely independent houses.
The characteristic Villa Il Paradiso forms the heart of the estate and exudes the atmosphere of authentic Italy.
Next to it is Casa nella Foresta, an attractive luxury log cabin that blends beautifully into the forest. The house has a spacious living room with a cozy loft on which several sleeping places have been created. A wonderful place for children, family, friends or guests.
Both houses have been modernized in recent years in important parts with Dutch quality standards. As a result, Il Paradiso combines the charm of authentic Italy with the comfort and quality you are used to from home.
Living in the green
On hot summer days, the generous swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters forms the natural center of the estate. From the terrace you look out over the woods and enjoy the peace and nature in complete privacy.
For those who wish to build a permanent swimming pool, the concrete foundation is already in place. The estate therefore not only offers immediate comfort, but also space to further realize your own living wishes.
Emilia-Romagna as few people know her
This is not the Italy of mass tourism.
This is the Italy where families still meet in the village square, where the bakery bakes fresh bread every morning and where you can enjoy an espresso on the terrace among the locals.
Within twenty minutes you can reach several authentic villages with supermarkets, artisan specialty shops and a surprisingly wide range of excellent restaurants.
The province of Parma is considered one of the culinary capitals of Europe worldwide. The famous Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma are produced here and you will find an exceptional concentration of authentic osterias, refined trattorias and Michelin restaurants. Between mountains and sea
The location of Il Paradiso is unique.
Within an hour you can drive into the Apennines for beautiful walks, panoramic views and atmospheric mountain villages.
And in just over an hour you can reach the Ligurian coast with its azure blue sea, picturesque harbors and the world-famous Cinque Terre. Places like Lerici and Portovenere are also surprisingly close.
