Country house in the province of Abruzzo just outside the city in Penne.
On 14 hectares of land surrounded by olive and fruit trees lies our carefully converted country house with a very nice swimming pool.
The house has 4 large bedrooms (possibility of making 6), 2 full kitchens inside, 1 outdoor kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 wc, 2 living rooms, very large utility room, separate laundry room, large covered terrace downstairs and large terrace upstairs. On the outdoor terrace downstairs just next to the summer kitchen is an original Italian wood-fired pizza oven. The outside terrace downstairs can be completely closed off with a built-in electric shutter. There is also a well-insulated garage, 2 storage rooms and a shelter for several cars. The infinity pool is under the supervision of an architect, very solidly built and is fully tiled and the surrounding terraces are made of natural stone and artificial grass. There is an advanced computer-controlled pump with a purification system and heating.
Around the house are several terraces to enjoy the beautiful views. The landscaped gardens around the house are planted with lemon, orange, mandarin, grapefruit and lime trees. There is a large vegetable garden with water basin and pump at a short distance from the house.
Next to the pool is a large terrace with 2 large umbrellas anchored in the concrete. From the terrace (and pool) there is a beautiful view of the Corno Grande in the Gran Sasso National Park and the town of Penne and from all sides of the house you look out on private land with mainly olive trees. The farmland and part of the olive trees are leased with short contracts to the neighbor, who does all the work. We maintain about 200 olive trees ourselves. This can be continued or changed in consultation.
There are extensive beaches within a 20-minute drive without traffic lights and in 30 minutes you can drive up the mountain pass of 1600 meters to the plateaus of the Campo Imperatore.
The house is laid out in such a way that it can be 2 separate houses, both with their own entrance and terrace, easy to rent out or if many family or friends are visiting.
