The house has served as a holiday home for us but also for rental purposes. Annual turnover from rental over the past 4 years between € 11,000 and € 14,000. The house is 80% rented, especially during the school holidays and around the holidays.
The house is suitable for small and larger groups (up to 12 people), equipped for both adults and families with (small) children. A new combi heating boiler was installed in June 2023. This is suitable for all future changes in gas type. The boiler can be controlled remotely; both heating and water temperature. There is heating in every room.

Environment.
The family holiday home is located in the village of Nuttlar (municipality of Bestwig) on the main road towards Rüthen. Beautifully situated between the vast forests of the Arnsberger Wald in the north and the mountains of Hochsauerland in the south. You can walk into the wooded nature 250 meters from the house.
The well-known winter sports resorts of Winterberg and Willingen and the various tourist centers in Hochsauerland can be reached within 25 minutes by car.
