The house was built in 2025 and is therefore as good as new. It is ideal as a weekend and holiday home for one or two people and offers an astonishing amount of storage space and comfort on an area of approx. 21 m² due to its well thought-out layout. The Tiny House was made of wood inside and out. The interior paneling is made of light aspen wood. Concealed light strips on the ceiling, additional light sources in decorative form on the walls.
The dining area consists of two bench seats and a fold-away table. In just a few simple steps, it can be transformed into a cosy sofa or an additional sleeping area for up to two people. Under the benches there are two large storage drawers.
Further storage space is located below the mattress in the sleeping area.
The compact kitchen is equipped with hob (induction), sink, wall cabinets, drawers and work surface. There is also a narrow wardrobe.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet and sink with base cabinet as well as an illuminated mirror and a towel radiator.
This tiny house can also be used in winter. As it is heated by two electric radiators in the hallway and one in the bathroom. The hot water supply is provided by a 50 l boiler. The windows and the door are triple glazed.

The Tiny House is located at Ferienpark Holtmann in Billerbeck. The new lease agreement will be concluded directly with Gut Holtmann. The rent is 1223.10 € per year. In addition, there are the ancillary costs, which are billed once a year.
