In 2023, a completely new swimming pool and terrace were built and a nice place for a bar. The park has a child-friendly play forest, a petanque court, several hammocks, attractive barbecue corner.
The domain is surrounded by mature trees and offers a pleasant combination of peace, space and privacy.
The location is an excellent base for discovering Provence, including the Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the wine regions of the Rhône and the many characteristic Provencal villages and markets and Avignon. Maulaucène, Bedoin.
Over the years, the park has built up a good reputation as a small-scale and child-friendly holiday domain, with a strong focus on Flemish and Dutch-speaking holidaymakers.
The park is particularly aimed at families with young children, especially children up to about 12 years of age. The well-arranged layout, the child-friendly facilities and the quiet location fit in well with this target group. The spacious layout and the green surroundings give children plenty of opportunity to play and discover, while parents can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the domain.
The current owner is elderly and wants to sell the park in the coming years. The net return over the last few years has been 6%.
There are several options to further improve returns; e.g. extending the operating period, cycling groups for the Mont Ventoux, appealing to new target groups and nationalities.
