Since 2025 we have this well-maintained and cozy 6-person chalet 'het vinkennest' (Nid de Pinson) in our possession.
This mobile home is located on a small cozy campsite in Argelès sûr Mer, South of France, near the Spanish border. Located in a quiet street. Distance to reception 50m.
The chalet is mostly shaded, has three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There is brand new air conditioning and façade heaters are provided. As is a large fridge with freezer and microwave, toaster. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with necessities.
There are washing machines around the reception. Wifi is possible at the reception 50m. Possible reception from the campsite next to us.
The small-scale campsite has a swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September) with new slides, playgrounds, a nice bar and an opportunity with fresh bread in the summer. There is also entertainment which is also free to visit at the other campsite.
The campsite has a perfect location. You can take a train to the coast. The beach is a 5-minute drive from the beach and offers nearby restaurants.
This place offers beautiful nature, Catalan Pyrenees for hiking, wineries and nice villages and cities such as Perpignan.
There is a lot to do in the area for children in the summer months. Easy to fly to Girona or Beziers airport (1.5 hours drive) 1390 km drive from Utrecht. And how nice, Barcelona is only a 2.5-hour drive from the campsite.
This mobile home can be rented / sublet. Possibly by camping cleaning via a contract. Camping fee €4500,= per year. Takeover costs calculated by campsite €2000,=
