Detached chalet at Le Verdoyer castle campsite
Our 4 person holiday chalet is located in a unique location in the southeast corner of the castle campsite, at the end of a cul-de-sac and with a magnificent and permanently unobstructed view of two lakes and the surrounding landscape. Out of use by us, the chalet is rented through the reception of Le Verdoyer. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the chalet; The new owner is free to change this.
The wooden chalet is very well maintained and double-walled insulated.
All windows are double glazed and have mosquito nets.
In 2023, a new roof with temperature and sound insulation was installed.
The chalet has the following amenities:
• Living room with an open kitchen, sitting and dining area with furniture.
• Bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe
• Second bedroom with bunk beds and wardrobe.
• Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink and an electric water heater.
• Kitchen with a 3 burner stove, microwave and fridge freezer.
• Attached to the veranda, new wooden terrace with, among other things, garden set, various chairs, etc.
• Detached storage room behind the house.
The castle campsite Le Verdoyer has a Dutch owner.
The facilities of the campsite to be used are:
• large outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and water slide,
• a covered and heated swimming pool,
• playground equipment for children spread over the campsite,
• a tennis court, table tennis table, volleyball court, etc.,
• restaurant serving local cuisine,
• bar and snack bar in a cosy courtyard,
• children's entertainment during the high season,
• Bicycle rental.
Croissants and bread can be ordered at the reception of the castle.
The camping shop is open in high season.
In the immediate vicinity, in addition to the walking and cycling opportunities, various sports activities can be practiced such as golf (3 km), horseback riding, go-karting, paintballing, etc.
