From Saint-Jean-du-Bruel on the Gorges de la Dourbie it is a three-kilometre drive to Le Pradalaux. The Languedoc is a 45-minute drive and Montpellier is a 5-minute drive.

Le Pradalaux

With two floors and a basement, the house extends into a series of rooms on the southern slope of a green valley. The comfortable living room with large fireplace leads into the dining room with a small step. The kitchen/diner is directly connected to the living and dining room. This space was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, gas stove, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher and plenty of counter and storage space.

In 1997, the father-in-law of the current owners discovered this beautiful place with the intention of growing old there after his retirement. Unfortunately that only lasted a few years. His children embraced the house after his death in 2001 and celebrated many wonderful holidays there with their children and friends. The robust old house, the swimming pool, the source and the woods: it is an inspiring place at any time of the year.

The owners have now entered a new phase of life and with pain in their hearts they have decided to sell the house.

Le Pradalaux is only occupied for a few months of the year, partly rented out. It is not without reason that tenants have been giving their stays a high rating on Micazu for years.
