From Saint-Jean-du-Bruel on the Gorges de la Dourbie it is a three-kilometre drive to Le Pradalaux. At the end of the road on the southern slope of a small valley is the spacious house that was originally built as a farm at the end of the nineteenth century and has been enlarged and modernized over time into a spacious home. The area is located at the junction of several emblematic landscapes: the Cévennes, the Gorges and the Causes.
The authentic, attractive house is located on more than 8 hectares of land, is fully equipped and has a swimming pool. Around the house are several terraces, sunny and shady with old fruit trees. The small springs from which the house derives its name spring everywhere.

Le Pradalaux
With two floors and a basement, the house extends in a succession of rooms, on the southern slope of a green valley. The comfortable living room with large fireplace merges into the dining room with a small step. The eat-in kitchen is directly connected to the living and dining room. This room was completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with refrigerator, freezer compartment, gas stove, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher and plenty of counter and storage space.
Through a mezzanine, the (play/work) room on the first floor has a direct relationship with the living room. Spread over 2 floors, the house has 5 bedrooms. On each floor there is a bathroom with bath. In the basement near the pool is a 3rd bathroom. Underneath the entire house are a number of storage rooms that are accessible from the outside.
In summer, the thick stone walls in the house keep you nice and cool, and when it's cold outside, the central heating and fireplace keep you comfortably warm.
In front of the house is a large green terrace. Here, in the shade of a robust walnut tree, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the valley in all seasons. In the old outdoor oven, the bread used to be baked.
Next to the terrace is the swimming pool (5x10m) with sun terrace.
