Villa135 at the Château Cazalères holiday park is a modern, comfortable holiday home for 6 people in one of the most beautiful small-scale holiday parks in the South of France near Daumazan sur Arize in the Ariège department, Midi Pyrenees.

The holiday home is located on a spacious plot of approximately 400 m2 in a quiet location, surrounding garden and terraces on the south, east and west. On the east and west sides there are large glass fronts with sliding doors, so that the house is always nice and light and warm, even in winter.

The house is surrounded by various hedges, so that optimal privacy is guaranteed. On the west side of the house there is an unobstructed view of the farmlands and direct access to a country road that leads to the village of Daumazan sur Arize.

The house is popular with guests and has been rented out during the high season for 15 years. The rental income from 8 to 10 weeks of rental will amply compensate the fixed housing costs. It is also permitted to use the house as permanent housing and to settle at Residence Château Cazalères


Furnishing of the house

In addition to the living room/kitchen, the house has 3 separate double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, shower with rain shower, double sink, and a 2nd toilet on the first floor. There is comfortable furniture (Rolf Benz), nice beds (Auping), flat screen TV/DVD and a kitchen with new Etna grill microwave, Etna dishwasher and Bauknecht refrigerator. There is a Bosch washing machine in the storage cupboard in the hallway. The patio furniture is made of anthracite steel with comfortable soft cushions. We have also recently placed a large wooden lounge set with stool on the terrace and there are 2 mobile and adjustable sun loungers.


For families with children

The house is located in the popular holiday park Château Cazalères and therefore offers (free) access to facilities such as a reception/shop, restaurant, snack bar, 3 large child-friendly swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, mini golf and many other attractions.


For longer stays

The barrier-free access to the terraces and parking space for the car, the high quality of the furniture and the comfort of the beds (extra long and equipped with wonderful mattresses) make the house very suitable for semi-permanent residence and "hibernation". Due to the pleasant temperatures in the early and late season and the mild winters, it is possible to spend a large part of the days outside


The journey to and from the home

Daumazan sur Arize is easily accessible by car and is close to airports (Toulouse, Carcassonne) served by a number of airlines for a reasonable (cheap) price. Car rental, especially in the early and late season, is not expensive and very comfortable
