Bila Ruze

Layout:  1 master bedroom downstairs has a double bed. On 1 floor  a spacious landing with chess/draughts table, 1 room at the back with 2 single beds with TV and nintendo and table football game and stargazer. 
At the front a room with 4 single beds and billiards and PC. For the little ones there is a camp bed, bouncer, a children's stoek and a playpen.
The living room has a kl-tv with satellite receiver with an extensive channel package. In addition, you  will find  a CD, DVD player and radio. A  well-stocked bookcase and some games and puzzles. The bathroom with shower and sink and a  washing machine.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, senseo, hob, microwave, bread maker and those kitchen things such as sandwich maker and citrus press, baking tins, etc.
Behind the house is an orchard. Which you can fully enjoy when the fruit is ripe (pears, plums and apples). Since a few years there is also a log cabin with a lounge set.
It has lighting and can also be heated. It can be closed off by means of screens.

The house is equipped with central heating. There is a dryer in the barn. In the cellar there is usually a crate of beer ready (use replenished).

Then outside, there we have an orchard of about 1000 m2 with apple, pear, cherries, plum and walnut trees (guests flock to baking) the whole is lockable with a gate.  Car is allowed on the property There is a fireplace and wood. A terrace with garden set and hammock from Fatboy and  parasols and a large BBQ. 
Finally, football goals and a badminton set a table tennis table that can be left outside. There are also some bicycles. In the orchard you will also find the log cabin with  lounge set, heaters and lighting.

Bath, bed and kitchen linen are provided.
Then the place called Hejna. Has less than 150 inhabitants and is therefore very quiet, in addition to the fact that the surroundings are beautiful, there is the possibility to play tennis (in the village), swim both outdoors and indoors,  fishing and canoeing.
