This beautiful villa is located in a prime location:
- Boulevard and center located within walking distance (500m)
- Indoor swimming pool located within walking distance (500m)
- Very close to Lake Lipno. Both a harbor and a beach. (700m)
- Very close to ski slopes (700m)

Benefits and activities:- In winter, you can ski on floodlit ski slopes. Also night skiing. Slopes for all levels. It is also possible to quench at all levels. There is a fun park for children. There are snow cannons available, so there is always enough snow!- Through the house you can ski diagonally through the forest to the slopes. You can also ski back from the slopes.

- In winter, you can skate on Lake Lipno. - In summer, the main slope is used as a mountain bike parkour. Various obstacles (ramps, bridges, etc.) can be found on it. You can then go up with the lift with your mountain bike! - There is also a survival course (+zip line) and a toboggan run next to the main slope. These can also be reached with a nice walk through the forest. - In summer there are many water sports activities on Lake Lipno. (Sailing, surfing, etc.) - Fun fact: With a boat you can reach an island on Lake Lipno where all kinds of rabbits run free! Very nice to row/sail to.

- Many nice restaurants/cafes/bars within walking distance (boulevard) and a short drive. Prices in the Czech Republic are generally a lot cheaper than in the Netherlands.

- Around the holiday home are large forests for beautiful walks/bike rides. Recently, there is a large watchtower at the top of the slopes. It overlooks the whole of Lipno. Definitely worth it: watch the video. When you are at the top, you can go back down via a slide! On the way up you will come across various games for the children. Scooters, quads, etc. can also be rented in the area.

Hello, I am Stella Salden. I have four lovely children Tess, Lynn, Ward and Ross and a Gordon Setter Basco. We bought this house in the Czech Republic in 2006 mainly for our own use. A very beautiful and spacious house, beautifully situated in nature. With many active options in the immediate vicinity. Due to private circumstances I now rent out the house. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

After booking a week, please pay 50% within 1 week stating your name and booking period. The remainder (50%) must be paid no later than 8 weeks after booking the trip. If booked within 8 weeks before the start of the trip, please transfer the total amount in one go within 7 days.
Minimum 2 nights except high season (Sat-Sat). Additional costs independent of duration of booking.
