Family house Fuchs

Family House Fuchs is a characteristic and attractive house with lots of space and a large garden with swimming pool. It is located at the foot of the Giant Mountains. The large ski resorts are a short distance away (see later in this advertisement). Both in summer and winter it is a wonderful free place to spend your holiday. From the garden you can walk straight into the field with beautiful walking paths and wonderful views.

The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen and living room, a large bedroom and a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the upper floor there are three large bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with their own sink. There are 4 sleeping places on the ground floor and 8 on the upper floor. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used by 2 people. In total there are sleeping places for 14 people.

Classification
On the ground floor you enter through a spacious entrance with coat rack and a bench with shoe storage. From the entrance you step into a spacious hall (4x4). From this hall you have access to a spacious kitchen (4x4.5) with beautiful views over the hills and a separate storage room, the large living room (5 x 5) with dining/working table and a sitting area, a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet and a large bedroom (4.5x5). The bedroom is equipped with a twin bed, a small sitting area and a separate bed with trundle. The bedroom is equipped with a sink with cold and hot water.

From the hall you reach the upper floor via a landing staircase. Here are 3 bedrooms and an extra bathroom with shower and toilet.  

Leeway
Under the house there is a large cellar over the entire surface of the house. The basement is divided into four large rooms. One of these rooms is set up as a games room with a ping-pong table, a table football game and a small billiards table. Another room is set up as a storage room for ski equipment and in summer for bicycles and garden furniture.

Garden
Around our holiday home is a large garden (over 3000m2) and under the shed at the back is a spacious veranda. In winter, you can go sledding or build an igloo in the garden. In the summer there are plenty of sun and shade spots in the garden and there is plenty of play area for the children. A simple swimming pool is available in the garden and it is easy to create a volleyball or badminton court. In the evening there is plenty of opportunity to build a cozy campfire in the designated fire bowl. Wood for the campfire is available while supplies last.
