Krasna Voda

The holiday home Krasná Voda is beautifully situated in the village of Velké Svatonovice, 840 kilometers from South-East Drenthe, at the foot of the Giant Mountains. It is an original Czech "chalupa"; which means "detached country house". The walls of the house are 90 cm thick and some low doorposts (be careful not to bump your head!)
There is a small supermarket within walking distance in the village, where fresh bread rolls are available from 7 a.m. in the morning. The larger supermarkets can be found in the town of Trutnov (Lidl, Albert = Albert Heijn, Tesco) and you can enjoy shopping around the town square.

The house is located 200 meters outside the village and has recently been completely renovated. In 2015 two extra bedrooms were created on the upper floor. The garden is 2200 m2 and consists of a lawn, with trees and shrubs here and there, a large terrace, fire pit and private parking for 2 cars.
The house is nicely furnished and equipped with a complete inventory. The layout is hall, a living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms and a large play loft.
Duvets and pillows are provided (bring your own duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcase).
The house has electric heating and a wood burning stove.

The house has WIFI , there is a Smart TV with various channels and NETFLIX is possible with your own login. A radio is also available.
There are magazines, games and coloring for the children. There is a lot of space to play in the attic, there is also a football table game here.
There is a swing in the garden.

Various trips are possible from the house for both young and old. There is a beautiful zoo with a safari section, several castles and other cultural sights, charming towns, and lots of natural beauty, including the limestone rocks of Adrespach. A day trip to Prague is also a good option. The outdoor swimming pool in the town of Trutnov is a must in the summer, as is the toboggan run just above Trutnov. Many hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Mountain biking is good here, more and more routes are marked. In winter, several ski areas are easily accessible.

Eating out here is good and cheap. A train trip is easy to realize. There is a train station in the village. Also a supermarket and a terrace for a drink or an ice cream.
