On the terrace there is an open BBQ where you can light a small fire with collected wood or of course have a BBQ. The chalet has 4 bedrooms, including: 2 bedrooms with double box springs with separate duvets and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms are spacious and there is also enough space to store your clothes in the cupboards.

There is a spacious living room with a “bolle Jan stove” that provides you with wonderful warmth throughout the house. There is also satellite TV in the living room with Dutch channels, Chromecast and DVD/video. In the raised area overlooking the living room there is a dining table and open kitchen overlooking the beautiful landscape. The front door goes to the conservatory with the adjacent shed and terrace. A cozy seating area has also been created in the conservatory and a number of doors can be opened in the summer.

The open kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, combi 4d microwave, spacious refrigerator with several freezer compartments, dishwasher, Grohe Red for boiling water from the tap, coffee maker. The dining table located near the kitchen has room for 8 people.

There are two bathrooms, both have a sink, 1 shower and a bubble bath. Both bathrooms are adjacent to the Finnish sauna located between them. There is 1 separate toilet.
Second bathroom with hot tub has its own boiler and washer dryer combination.
From this living area there are stairs up to the bedrooms. There is also a spacious ski storage room in the shed adjacent to the conservatory.

You can also sit covered on the spacious terrace, but you can also sit in the open area where the sun shines all day long. There is also a Jeu de boule court next to the house, which you can use during the day and in the evening, which is illuminated in the evening.

This former hunter's house / hunting lodge, which we offer you as a holiday home, is located in the middle of the Giant Mountains.
For winter sports enthusiasts, nearby ski areas are;
Petříkovice (12 km) Mlade Buky (20 km), large ski area Janske Lazne (25 km), Žacléř (27 km), Černý Důl (30 km) and Pec pod Sněžkou (35 km) where the largest mountain in the Czech Republic is located. The roads to the ski areas are kept very clean.

The golf resort (18 holes) and the Mlade Buky toboggan run is also 20 km away from the house. In addition, there is also the following to do in other seasons: Various bowling alleys, various toboggan runs, various climbing forests, swimming pools, swimming lakes, castle museums, Prague, and the zoo are all within a reasonable distance from our house. Our house also has several hiking trails directly from the front door with lookout towers, World War bunkers, etc. The mountain bike trails can also be reached from the front door. Outside we have a tap with a garden hose so you can immediately clean your shoes or bicycles.
In the nearby area there are several restaurants that can provide you with good quality food. This can all be found in the guestbook that is present in the house

Large city of Trutnov with several large retail chains and supermarkets 10 kilometers away, where you can also find Lidl or other large supermarkets.
