This beautiful and comfortable farmhouse was completely renovated a few years ago by the Dutch owners and transformed into a wonderful holiday home with its own swimming pool of 8x4 meters. You can rent the entire property with the larger group, so you have both the swimming pool and the plot all to yourself, but you can also rent the house, the large apartment or one of the small apartments with your own family.

You will then have shared use of the garden and swimming pool. In winter you can be on the slopes of Vrchlabi within 20 minutes and the larger areas of Spindleruv Mlyn and Harrachov can also be reached quickly.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Additional information

The area is excellent for hiking, a beautiful drive, where you can enjoy a varied landscape. Stupná located near the town of Nova Paka (7 miles) where all the food available. You will also find sofas for your pins and many other winkels.In the village Pecka (4 km) is an outdoor pool, a beautiful castle and excellent restaurant with terraces. Also here you will find a small buurtwinkel.Aan the southern edge of the town Vrchlabi is a natural lake with sandy beach and small slide. Nearby you will find many restaurants with good quality. Within a radius of 50 km. There are many excursions to include the zoo in Dvur Kralove (the largest in Central Europe), waterfalls, caves, magnificent castles, historical cities, glass museum, etc. Also, a visit to Prague is not missing at about 80 km. For the active holiday there is a range of options such as paragliding, rafting, tobogganing and mountain biking.

Czech Republic is THE country to go when you want to ski in a beautiful setting, not a burden to have tremendous crowds and delays.
The Giant Mountains is particularly snow. Skiing can already Vrchlabi at a distance of 20 min. and is very popular with families. The experienced skiers usually look at the big resorts such as Spindleruv Mlyn, Rokytnice, Harrachov and Pec pod Snezkou. There are trails of all difficulty levels, which all have snowmaking. There are also many ski course to follow under professional guidance. There are several hiking and cross country trails. Above sites and plenty of apres-ski entertainment, Spindleruv Mlyn for example, has 52 restaurants, several discotheques, nightclubs and Weinstuben.
