Large spacious free land with a detached and detached holiday home - former farmhouse.
With privacy and the possibility to sit at different seats on our spacious terrace with BBQ and free WiFi!

On the terrace there is an open BBQ where a small fire with gathered wood can be lit or of course BBQ.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms, of which: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds with separate duvets and 1 bedroom with a double bed, but also with its own sitting area and kitchen, also called a private suite. All bedrooms are spacious and there is also enough space for storing your clothes in the cupboards.

There is a spacious living room with a "decorative fireplace", there are also some electric heaters to heat the house. In the living room there is a satellite TV with Dutch channels, chromecast available, you can watch this via a spacious seating area. There is also a separate room where you can eat comfortably, with space for up to 8 people. From the living room you enter the upper terrace through two French doors and you can look out over a beautiful landscape from the living room or from the terrace. The separate kitchen area is equipped with: electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine.

On the ground floor there is a toilet and a bathroom with a sink and a shower. There is a very large boiler, which provides you with all water conveniences. You can sit on the spacious terrace where the sun shines all day long.

The holiday home is located in the middle of the Giant Mountains.
There is also a spacious ski storage room at the back of the house.

For winter sports enthusiasts, nearby ski areas are:
Benecko (20 min), Vrchlabi (30 min), Herlicovice (35 min), Sprindlv Mlyn (45 min), Pec Pod Snezkou (55 min) where the largest mountain in the Czech Republic is located. The roads to the ski areas are kept very clean.

The golf resort (18 holes) and the toboggan run Mlade Buky is also 36 km away from the house.

In addition, there is also the following to do in the other seasons: Various bowling alleys, various toboggan runs, various climbing forests, swimming pools, swimming lakes, castle museums, Prague, and the zoo are all within a reasonable distance of our house.

There are also many hiking trails from the house, the mountain bike trails also start almost at the front door. Outside we have a tap with a garden hose so that you can immediately clean your shoes or bicycles.
In the vicinity there are several restaurants that can provide you with good quality food. This can all be found in our travel guide and house manual that we send you in advance.

Large cities of Stara Paka, Vrlchlabi and Nova Paka with various large retail chains and supermarkets are 10-15 minutes away, where you can also find Lidl or other large supermarkets.
