Within walking distance (three minutes) you will find an excellent restaurant (Sevener), a large supermarket (LEMAR, with fresh bread and ready-made meals every day), an ATM, taxi transport and car rental service (Sevener). If you use this reliable car rental company and rent a car for at least seven days, you will be picked up for free at Ercan airport (North Cyprus) by taxi (travel time 45 minutes) and returned for free at the end of the holiday.

Ground floor: The living room (50 m2) is spaciously furnished and has two large sofas and a flat screen smart television screen with, among other things, a Dutch-language channel (BVN-TV) and the option to watch missed Dutch programs via the internet. to look. Bedroom 2: This spacious bedroom (20 m2) also has a comfortable double bed with bed linen and is also equipped with air conditioning. There is sufficient cupboard space. The windows have shutters.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom (17 m2) has two single beds, of course with the necessary bed linen. This room also has air conditioning and sufficient cupboard space.
Swimming pool: The swimming pool is located at the rear of the house and has two terrace areas, both covered. The dimensions of the pool are nine by four meters with a depth (at the deepest point) of two meters. There are two steps to get in and out of the pool. Although the swimming pool has its own (automatic) purification plant, it is still cleaned and checked twice a week. Air mattresses and balls as well as the mattresses for the sunbeds can be found in the storage room next to the second bathroom. This bathroom, located next to the swimming pool, has a shower cabin, a toilet and a sink.
Turkish Cyprus can be reached via Ercan but also (often very cheaply) via Paphos or Larnaca with Ryanair (from Brussels) or Transavia (from Schiphol).
