In the quiet village of Psematismenos you will find Villa Christo. Approx. 20 minutes drive from Larnaca and 25 minutes from Limassol. 4 km from the cozy fishing village of Zygi.

Villa Christo consists of 2 villas; 1 villa with studio for 2 people with private kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, double bed, sitting area and outdoor terrace. The 2nd villa has 2 identical studios with the same facilities as above, only this villa also has a sitting room with a double sofa bed. There is also a laundry room.

Between the villas is a lovely private swimming pool and a pergola where you can relax. There is also a landscaped garden and 3 free parking spaces at the entrance. The villas are fully equipped such as TV, wifi, air conditioning. The kitchens are complete with fridge, microwave, kettle. Linen and towels are included in the price.

Phivos and Manon Christodoulides have Cypriot roots but live in the Netherlands. They organize wine tours to Cyprus and also import Cypriot wines. That's why they looked for their own place in Cyprus. In 2022 they found their paradise in the authentic village of Psematismenos, nice and quiet but also close to the beach of the fishing village of Zygi and about a 20-minute drive from bustling Limassol and Larnaca.

Village square with church Psematismenos

Psematismenos is a quiet authentic village with a park with beautiful old olive trees, a church, supermarket and a fantastic Cypriot restaurant: Lenia's. A 5-minute drive away you will find the fishing village of Zygi with a lovely beach with sunbeds and a SUP center, several fish restaurants and a harbor. In the vicinity you will find several villages with good tavernas such as Tochni, Ayios Theodoros and Kalavasos. The bustling Limassol is about 20 min. and the cozy center of Larnaca as well.
Larnaca International airport, where a.o. Transavia in summer and winter, is also only 20 min. from Psematismenos.
A large Alfa-Mega supermarket is less than 10 minutes away. but also a very large Lidl can be found both in Limassol and just outside Larnaca (in Kiti)
