In the vicinity there are very cozy pubs and restaurants. 3 minutes to the well-known Centrum Supermarket and 5 minutes drive to Zuikertuin.
The house is built against a mountain and consists of three floors, (see also floor plans):
-The 3rd floor is at roof/street level. Here is the parking and entrance with external stairs down to the holiday villa with swimming pool & terrace.
- "The Loft" (one floor below) is Marianne's studio, where guests are welcome, but also where various workshops can be held as desired. Think of wine tasting, tastings, painting, etc.
-The ground floor, here is the holiday residence with its own private entrance via the outside stairs. This floor consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room with kitchenette, a laundry and housekeeping area. Outside there is a private swimming pool with pool terrace and a covered patio where you can enjoy the view in the shade, have breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or BBQ.
The whole is attractively decorated and offers a lot of peace and tranquility. The house is equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning, electric induction hob, combi oven, air fryer, smart TV, fast internet connection etc.
