This holiday home with private swimming pool, high on a hill, is centrally located in a top location with a beautiful view.
From December we also have a lift so that the apartment is easily accessible for the disabled.
For other guests, the elevator is only available upon arrival and departure for the transport of suitcases.

Close to the most famous beaches, diving locations and attractions. A short distance away you will find good restaurants, cafes & shopping malls. St. Joris Bay and Playa Canoa, where kite surfing is very popular due to the permanent trade winds, can be reached in 15 minutes. There are also three golf courses on Curaçao.
approx. 45 minutes drive to Westpunt "Banda Abou" with its unique cozy bays, Christoffelberg, caves, well-known country houses, and so much more.

The holiday home is the ground floor of a villa which is built against a mountain. This floor is accessible via a beautiful wide external staircase. (Unfortunately less suitable for people with mobility problems). At the end of the year a lift will be available for the disabled.

I live on the top floor with my husband Peter. You will only see us when you need us. The swimming pool is not shared with other guests and is therefore entirely for private use.

It is a wonderfully breezy house sheltered by tropical plants, palm trees and glass wind screens. There is also a pergola on the pool terrace so that you can enjoy the view in the shade, have breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or BBQ outside. Furthermore The accommodation is equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning, combi oven, air conditioning, air fryer, TV, radio, internet, etc.

HIGH SEASON: period December 17, 2023 to January 8 2024: Rate Euro 1050.00 per week
period June 15, 2024 to September 1 2024: Rate Euro 1,225.00 per week
period December 15 2024 to Jan 10 2025: Rate Euro 1,225.00 per week
LOW SEASON: September 2 2023 to December 16 2023 ;:Rate Euro. 875.00 per week

Minimum rental period is 1 week
Prices per night are exclusive of 7% sales tax and electricity consumption.
Electricity costs are Euro. 0.45 kWh. These costs will be deducted from the deposit
Final cleaning Euro. 90.00
For stays longer than 1 week, intermediate cleaning of Euro 75.00 is mandatory.

50% deposit must be paid when booking. The remainder must be paid at least 2 weeks before the stay. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
The accommodation is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 4:00 pm.
