Additional Information:
To ensure transparency and fair prices, electricity and water costs are not included in the rental price. These are calculated on the basis of actual consumption at local rates:
● Electricity: approx. €0.40 per kWh
● Water: approx. €9.00 per m³
With normal use (such as air conditioning at night) the costs are around €150 per week for a stay of 4 people.
