Holiday home Beach House Pietermaai is located directly by the sea, with terraces around the pool. It is wonderfully quiet, has plenty of privacy and plenty of space. The swimming pool of 10 by 4 meters overlooks the sea and is only accessible and private for the guests of the Beach House Pietermaai. The cosiness of restaurants, small bars, coffee shops, shops, museums and terraces is also a short walk away.
From the jetty above the sea you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets and watch the (cruise) ships sail in and out of the harbor.
Beach House Pietermaai has a spacious kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, oven, large American fridge/freezer with ice maker, smoothie blender and Nespresso machine + a washing machine + dryer.
Sonos boxes for listening to your own favorite music, a smart TV in the living room and bedroom and a well-stocked bookcase with Dutch and English literature are available.
At the pool there are beach beds and you will find various seating areas and hammocks. Even a hammock above the sea! You will also find the outdoor shower here. A large stone bbq is located at the lounge area by the pool.
Beach House Pietermaai is suitable for 4 people. A separate bedroom and bathroom is located by the sea. Ideal for 2 couples or parents with 2 or more children. In addition to the bedrooms, children can sleep on the large comfortable sofa bed in the living room (with air conditioning). (Baby cot also available).
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with 2 rain showers, double sinks, hair dryer and large full length mirrors. You sleep on a quality box spring of 2x2 meters. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are equipped with a silent air conditioning, ceiling fan and Smart TV.
Beach House Pietermaai exudes an atmosphere of peace and luxury, with a warm trendy beach style interior. A sturdy and robust kitchen (concrete in combination with monumental authentic wood), concrete floors and high original ceilings.
In some places, the original structures of this monumental building have been left intact, which gives an attractive combination of historical and new elements.
A large part of the building dates from the early 19th century and has several monumental dormers with a triangular top field with 19th-century top termination.
Enjoy plenty of privacy and tranquility, from the pool or hammock of the spectacular view of the sea. You will see the cruise ships, sailing boats, fishing boats and motor yachts pass by and sometimes dolphins swim by. A view that never gets boring.
Cleaning: Beach House Pietermaai is always thoroughly cleaned; with disinfectants and a Kärcher steam cleaner. The pillows are also always equipped with extra pillow protection covers and there are quality mattress protectors. The sheets come from the professional launderette EcoWash.
