Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the historic city villa, including three private outdoor areas: a front terrace, a side terrace off the kitchen and its own private garden. They also have access to the tropical courtyard garden, the shared saltwater swimming pool of 10x4 meters (shared with two other villas) and secure parking under a covered carport. Access is via an automatic gate; A remote control will be handed over at check-in.
Things to watch out for
Electricity is charged at €0.50 per kWh and deducted from the deposit of €450.
As a guideline: average consumption is approximately 10 kWh per bedroom per night (when using air conditioning at 25°C for 8 hours).
All sockets are 220V, suitable for European plugs.
Pool towels are available for use on site (do not bring to the beach).
Optional shopping package available on request ideal for a carefree arrival.
