Located in the cultural heart of Curaçao, Villa Grandi unites the charm of a historic monumental villa with the comfort of two contemporary garden villas located around a private saltwater swimming pool in the middle of Otrobanda, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Area of Willemstad. Within walking distance is the historic Kura Hulanda district, with its cobblestones, courtyards and distinctive heritage architecture - a popular spot for tourists. The domain has been carefully designed for modern stays for those who want to be together, but also like to keep their own space.

A restored monumental villa as the centre of the domain

The main villa has been beautifully restored and adds to the architectural heritage of Curaçao. High ceilings, wooden shutters, original details and a pronounced Caribbean grandeur give the house a rare and timeless character. Two modern garden villas complement this heritage: bright and contemporary furnishings, with lots of privacy, modern comfort and shaded terraces. 

A fully walled and enclosed private domain

The entire site is enclosed by historic walls and accessed through a secure entrance gate. Once inside, guests enjoy complete privacy, tranquility and security, with a sense of exclusivity rarely found in the UNESCO area.

The private domain offers three independent villas, each with its own entrance, porch, kitchen and bedrooms each with its own bathroom. This gives each group the freedom to follow their own rhythm - whether that is getting up early, having a quiet breakfast or joining later.

Beaches such as Parasasa, Blue Bay and Kokomo can be reached within 10–15 minutes by car.

Things to watch out for

• Electricity is charged separately at €0.50 per kWh and deducted from the deposit of €950. Average use: approx. 10 kWh per bedroom per night (with air conditioning at 25°C for 8 hours).
  
• All sockets are 220V, suitable for European plugs.
  
• Pool towels are available for use on site.
  
• Optional shopping package available on request ideal for a carefree arrival.
