Summary of the general rental conditions:

The accommodation may not be used by more than the number of adults and children specified in your reservation.

All guests adhere to the "good neighbor policy" of NOOM B.V. and will refrain from illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

NOOM B.V. does not allow pets unless specifically stated in your reservation.

The tenant must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age indicated for renting the accommodation, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking (including shisha) is not allowed in the accommodation and on the premises.

Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property or on the premises.

The tenant is liable for any damage to and in the accommodation and on the premises and agrees to charge the charge to the credit card/deposit on file in case of damage during the stay.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. After that (unless otherwise stated in the property description and the specific conditions of the accommodation), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you will receive a refund of the amount you made, minus the reservation fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows or if you cancel less than 30 days before the first night of your reservation.

We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect against charges if you need to cancel your reservation for an insurance reason.
