It is located on the first floor with its own entrance, underneath the apartment is the exclusive women's boutique Valeria Creations. So to shop, all you have to do is go down the stairs.

It is fully equipped such as: a very spacious studio with kitchen, dining table, large bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in closet and air conditioning.... In the kitchen is everything you need: a fridge, toasti iron, coffee machine.

From the large terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over Sun Valley, with or without a delicious glass of wine.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
