Description
The bright living room connects to an open kitchen, which is equipped with an electric hob, oven, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils. Outside you will find a spacious, covered porch with a hammock and an attractive seating area.
The resort is child-friendly and offers excellent amenities such as two communal swimming pools, one of which has slides, and a free gym. Thanks to 24/7 security and locked entrance gates, guests can count on a safe and peaceful stay. Parking is available right next to the house.
Location
The location is central and practical: just a ten-minute drive from Willemstad, Hato Airport and the Sambil shopping center. and fifteen minutes from popular beaches such as Blue Bay, Kokomo and Piscadera. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are close by.
Important information
Electricity and water are very expensive in Curaçao. Good news: 35kWh of electricity and 0.5 m³ of water per day is included with your stay. That's enough for daily consumption and to sleep comfortably at night with air conditioning. On arrival and departure, the meter readings will be taken together with you. If the consumption is higher than the included amount, the extra costs will be deducted from the deposit of €300.
The tourist tax (7% of the nightly rate) is not included in the price.
In addition, the cleaning costs are €135 per stay.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the property and are allowed to use all communal facilities within the resort. Think of the swimming pools, the gym and the parking facilities. On arrival and departure, the meter readings for electricity and water are taken together with the guest in order to be able to settle the consumption fairly.

The location of the resort is very central and practical. Just a ten-minute drive away are Hato Airport, Willemstad and the modern shopping center Sambil. The availability, opening hours and condition of these facilities may be changed, limited or temporarily discontinued by the resort, for example due to maintenance, technical problems or other circumstances.

(ii) the quality, safety or condition of the water in the swimming pools, or
(iii) any other deficiencies, defects or problems relating to these resort-operated facilities.
