THE SPACE

La Villetta is a detached bungalow in the middle of a lush tropical garden where hummingbirds flutter around happily. Inside you will find a warmly decorated house with an eye for detail.

🌳 At the back of the garden you will find sun loungers, a garden set and a practical laundry room with washing machine, detergents, ironing board, iron, BBQ and rotary dryer.
🚗 Park safely in your own place at the house. The resort is gated and has an electric entrance gate.
✨ On arrival everything is fresh and clean. In the house is an information folder with tips to discover Curaçao.
🚪GUEST ACCESS
You will stay in a detached bungalow with complete privacy – all to yourself.
🏊 As a guest, you can use the resort's two swimming pools for free all day.
📌OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
🪪 Upon arrival, we ask for a copy of a valid passport or ID.
💰 Security deposit: XCG 50 per day of stay (paid via Micazu). The deposit is used for the settlement of final cleaning, water and electricity consumption, possibly also intermediate cleaning (see below). After departure, any remaining amount will be refunded to you by Micazu. 🔌 Water and electricity are precious in Curaçao, which is why we ask for conscious use. Meter readings are noted on arrival and departure.
🧹For stays of 12 days or more, a weekly intermediate cleaning is mandatory (XCG 150). During this cleaning, bed, bath, beach and kitchen linen are also replaced.

The swimming pools belong to the resort and are under their management. Availability, opening hours or maintenance can be adjusted by the resort. The owner is not responsible for any limitations, maintenance or quality of these facilities.
