Whether you come to enjoy as a couple or with family, relatives or friends, Cas Berde offers it all. A wonderful place for up to 5 people for a carefree, relaxed and unforgettable vacation on Curacao. If you are looking for the real Curacao and living like the inhabitants of Curacao, then our house is definitely recommended.
The house is very centrally located on a quiet street near the center of Willemstad. You will find shops and restaurants directly nearby. Hotspots such as Pietermaai and Otrabanda in the historic center of Willemstad can be reached in five minutes by car. Mambo Beach boulevard with not only beautiful beaches, shops, but also, for example, Sea Aquarium is only a 10-minute drive away. But Jan Thiel is also 10 minutes away by car.
The house is detached and has an enclosed garden for maximum privacy. The house has an alarm system and is connected to an alarm center. An electric gate gives access to the house. Several cars can be parked under the carport.

When you return from the beach or from your exploration on the island, you will of course want to use the private swimming pool or one of the seating areas in the tropical garden. The garden gives a feeling of a green oasis due to the decoration and planting. The pool has a rock wall with a waterfall and there is also an outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. If necessary, the pool can be screened so that it is safe for children who cannot swim.
At the front of the house is the porch, where you can have breakfast or enjoy the sunset. And in the evening you can eat outside at the large table under the tropical trees and the sounds of a gecko, for example. There is a barbecue and a table grill plate.
The house is equipped with every comfort, has a smart TV and Wifi everywhere.
The living room is cosily furnished and has a silent air conditioning and two ceiling fans for extra cooling. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances.
There are three bedrooms, all bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds, silent air conditioning, ceiling fan, everything for an optimal night's sleep.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower, a toilet and the sink. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided in sufficient quantities.
The washing machine is located in the basement.
All windows can be opened by means of aluminium slats and have wooden blinds and mosquito nets.
