Do not hesitate and book now this beautiful property located on a beautiful guarded resort with sea views. If you book now, I use an (early booking) discount of 50 Euro p.w. It does not appear on the screen but you do get it!!

A luxurious and centrally located 6/7-person house with sea view on a well-guarded resort with swimming pool.
The house is very centrally located on the island so that amenities and sights are close by. The location in relation to the sea is excellent. At 200 meters from the house there is a beach and sitting on the terrace (the porch) you have an excellent view of the sea. You will notice that the resort is located on a jogging route, a form of sport that is widely practiced on Curaçao.
The historic center of Willemstad (Punda and Otrobando separated by the pontoon bridge) is also nearby. There is also a large supermarket "Centrum" in the area, where everything is available.
It is a luxury house with air conditioning in all rooms. The ground floor has a living/dining room with open kitchen and a small 2-person bedroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are two spacious 2-person bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower (including hot water!!) and toilet. In front of the house there is a large porch with sea views. In the afternoon when the sun is on the front, it is often good to stay at the back of the house. The back is in the wind and therefore feels nice and cool.
