This 6 person apartment, suitable for 6 people, has a beautiful sea view. It is located on the Royal Palm Resort in Piscadera with a large communal swimming pool and within walking distance of the idyllic beach Pirate Bay and several restaurants.

The apartment is attractively furnished. The ideal location in the middle of Curacao to discover the island. At the resort you can use the large communal swimming pool (20 x 7). From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the resort and the sea. Here you can relax in the lounge set and/or have a delicious breakfast in the morning at the dining table for 6 people. The living room and kitchen are connected to the balcony, creating a very nice living space. The sliding doors can be opened completely, giving you a beautiful view from the living room as well. . The living room also has air conditioning and a Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and laundry room. Two bedrooms have a double bed. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds . At the apartment you have your own free parking space and there is 24/7 security.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
