Kas Palmas is a wonderfully relaxing holiday villa centrally located on Curaçao. When designing this holiday villa in the autumn of 2022, the most important principles were to create a comfortable villa, equipped with all contemporary luxury and with a modern Caribbean island atmosphere. Here you have the perfect base to visit all the great attractions of the island, with several restaurants and luxury hotels within walking distance to make your holiday a wonderful time.

This wonderful compact holiday villa has a modest sea view, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate guest toilet, modern kitchen with all amenities, private swimming pool and beautiful tropical gardens. The entire villa is at the guests' disposal. Including washing machine and private parking space at the house. If desired, we are available for questions and to help make the holiday optimal, but the guest has complete privacy and freedom.

The villa is offered for a maximum of 4 people and is a wonderfully comfortable base to make your Curaçao holiday a wonderful experience.

Within walking distance you will find the beach of Pirate Bay Piscadera (with free resident access), several restaurants and luxury hotels. By car you can reach the city or Carrefour supermarket and Sambil Shopping Mall in 5 minutes. Centrally located on the island between beach and city!

We are Mignon and Stefan and have been living in Curaçao since 2014. In 2022 we bought the holiday villa at Piscadera Bay resort and completely renovated it. We enjoy letting other people enjoy Curaçao by renting out this wonderful living space. We like to go for an optimal holiday experience for our guests, grant them complete privacy, but are also available to give tips or to provide assistance if necessary.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

Do you enjoy playing 9 or 18 holes of golf? At Blue Bay you will find beautiful golf courses. You can drive here in 10 minutes.

Sambil Shopping Mall is a 3-minute drive from Kas Palmas Curaçao and offers nice shops, a food court, Carrefour Supermarket, cinema, fitness and more.

Rif Fort Village and Renaissance Mall shopping center are located in Otrobanda, a 5-minute drive from Kas Palmas. Here you will find many shops, restaurants and bars as well as the cruise port of W Willemstad.

Otrobanda is within easy reach and the famous floating pontoon bridge connects this quay with that of Punda. In both old parts of the city you will find beautiful old buildings, many shops and restaurants. It is recommended to take a city walk with a guide and thus discover the fascinating history of Willemstad.

Pirate Bay Beach is a 6 minute walk or 1 car ride on Piscadera Bay. Here you have free access to the beach and the sea with the resident pass that you can use. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. A nice beach where both locals and tourists enjoy.

Tomatoes, Pirate Bay's beachfront restaurant serves pizza and cocktails with sweeping views of the bay.

Lovely walk along the water from Piscadera, via Parasasa to the water factory at Otrobanda. Fitness equipment has been placed along the route for the sports enthusiasts.

The Goby PADI Dive Center is located in the Marriott Hotel, a 3-minute walk from Kas Palmas. Here you can make diving trips, take diving lessons or rent tanks. Another option is the Caribbean Sea Sports diving school located in the Dreams hotel, 2 minutes walking distance.

Aquafari is diving on an underwater scooter. No diving skill is required for this. Located in Boca Sami (Boca St. Michiel), a super fun experience. 15 minutes drive from Kas Palmas.

In 1634, the Dutch established a trading post at a beautiful natural harbor on the Caribbean island of Curaçao. Willemstad developed steadily in the following centuries. The modern city consists of a number of different historic districts whose architecture reflects not only European urban planning concepts, but also styles from the Netherlands and Spanish and Portuguese colonial cities with which Willemstad collaborated. The city is distinguished by the diversity in design of the four historic districts (Punda, Otrobanda, Pietermaai and Scharloo), separated by the open waters of a natural harbour.

Thursday evening from 9 pm the feet will go off the floor at Mundo Bizarro in the Nieuwestraat in Pietermaai, Willemstad (Punda). A live band provides salsa, samba, merengue, bachata and Cuban music. Everyone is welcome here, locals and tourists celebrate a party together.
