Welcome to your holiday home in Piscadera at Caribbean Beach Resort! This completely renovated bungalow combines a relaxed bohemian atmosphere with modern comfort. With a new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, new floor and an attractive interior, this is a wonderful place to come home to after a day on Curaçao.
🏡 The bungalow
Casa Sinku Solo can accommodate up to 6 guests (+ 1 camping cot) and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is one bedroom with king size bed, one with queen size bed and one with bunk beds. This makes the house ideal for families, families traveling with several generations, couples and peace seekers.
Both the living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
🍽️ Comfortable & complete
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a six-burner gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, coffee maker with milk frother, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. There is also a washing machine, ideal for longer stays.
In the living room you will find comfortable seating areas and a new TV with apps for the common streaming services. Of course there is wifi available.
☀️ Enjoying the outdoors
There are several terraces around the bungalow. Start the morning with a cup of coffee outside, find a nice spot in the shade during the day or enjoy the tropical temperatures in the evening.
Guests can use the resort's shared swimming pool, open from 08:00 to 20:00.

A camping cot, high chairs and a changing mat are available free of charge on request. A car seat or booster seat can be provided for a small fee.
📍 Piscadera - central to Curaçao
Caribbean Beach Resort is located in Piscadera, an ideal base to discover Curaçao. You can easily reach both Willemstad and the beautiful beaches and nature of Bandabou by car.
Parasasa Beach, Pirate Bay and the famous restaurant De Visserij are a short distance away. You will also find several hotels, restaurants and beach locations in the area.
Sambil Curaçao is just a few minutes' drive away and offers shops, restaurants, a cinema, bowling and a gym. Otrobanda and Punda can also be reached within about 10 minutes, including the colorful Handelskade and the Queen Emma Bridge.
🚗 Transport & parking
Right next to the bungalow there is parking for two cars. We recommend renting a car during your stay, so you have complete freedom to discover beaches, restaurants, nature and other special places on Curaçao at your own pace.
🔑 Access
During your stay you have the entire bungalow at your disposal. The swimming pool and other communal facilities are shared with other guests and residents of the resort.
The bungalow is accessible via a small staircase of a few steps and may therefore be less suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
🕒 Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Do you want to arrive earlier or enjoy your stay a little longer? Depending on availability, we offer an early check-in or late check-out for a small fee.
💳 Deposit
A refundable deposit of €250 is required upon check-in. It is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in advance or on arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided that no damages have occurred and the house rules have been followed. Any additional consumption of electricity and water will be deducted from the deposit.
🧹 Stay of 10 nights or more
For stays of 10 nights or more, an intermediate cleaning is mandatory. The bed linen and towels are also replaced. The costs are €125 and are not included in the accommodation price.
💡 Electricity & water
Per night are included:
• 15 kWh of electricity;
Upon arrival and departure, we take photos of the meter readings and share them with you.
Water consumption is fully included. With regard to both water and electricity, we kindly ask you to use it sparingly.
For consumption above the included amount, a rate of €0.45 / US$ 0.55 per kWh applies. Any additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

• The house has mainly 110V sockets; 220V sockets are also available in the kitchen and outside.
• Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas.
• The pool is shared with other guests and residents of the resort.
• The resort is fully fenced and has a night porter from 22:00 to 06:00.
