Welcome to Apartment A, a modern and attractively furnished apartment on the ground floor of Mirilu Apartments. This is the smallest apartment on our complex and is ideal for 1 to 2 people who are looking for comfort, tranquility and a central location on Curaçao.

Thanks to its convenient location, everything is within easy reach. The most beautiful beaches of Curaçao are located a short distance away, including Blue Bay Beach (5 km), Kokomo Beach (5 km), Parasasa Beach (6 km), Avila Beach (9 km) and Kanoa Beach (10 km). Hato Curaçao International Airport is also only 3.5 km away and the popular Sambil shopping center can be reached within 5.5 km.

The bedroom has a comfortable king-size double bed for a wonderful night's sleep. In the cozy living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy many international TV channels.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric pressure cooker and sandwich maker, making it easy to prepare your own meals.

The spacious bathroom has a comfortable shower with hot water.

At Apartment A you have a free private parking space on our safely enclosed grounds with an electric entrance gate.

During your stay you can also use the shared facilities, including the swimming pool, the sunny terrace with sun loungers and the separate laundry room with toilets.

Apartment A is the perfect choice for couples or single travelers who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a central location, close to Curaçao's most beautiful beaches and attractions.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 0%, this also applies if the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rent.

Pool use at your own risk Children should always be supervised by an adult. For toddlers and non-potty trained children, wearing a swim diaper or swimming trunks is mandatory.
Liability The host is not responsible for theft of, loss of, or damage to guests' personal property.
Water and electricity are precious facilities on Curaçao. Turn off air conditioning when not in use. Lights and appliances off when leaving the apartment.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking is allowed to stay in the apartment and use the facilities. Overnight stays by non-registered persons are not permitted.
Frying is not allowed, to avoid unpleasant odors and nuisance. Food residues, fats and oil must not be discharged into the drain or toilet. Waste should be placed in the large street container.
