The adult only apartment of Villa L'Orangerie that we rent out is on the ground floor, luxurious and fully furnished, has a living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, outdoor terrace of 2.50m x 7.50m and has a 110 and 220 volt connection.
In addition to its luxurious furnishings, the living room of the apartment is equipped with a radio/CD player, good internet connection (wireless), fan, air conditioning and a sofa bed for 2 people. This will be used if more than 2 people use the apartment.
The fully equipped kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped including a large refrigerator with a spacious separate refrigerator area, microwave, kettle, nespresso and has hot water.
The bedroom of the apartments has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning and fan.
The bathroom of the apartment has a toilet, sink and shower (both with hot water).
Both from the living room and the bedroom you have a beautiful view of the tropical landscaped garden through two large French doors. The terrace outside has a side table, dining table with 4 chairs, and two relax chairs with footstool.
If you rent a car, you can use the closed parking lot free of charge through the main entrance with the remote controlled entrance gate.
The apartment has its own private entrance, which is wheelchair accessible.
The swimming pool surrounded by tropical greenery with cozy seating areas, sunbeds and comfortable chairs can be used from sunrise to sunset.

We give a 5% discount on the overnight price for stays of 21 nights and longer, and a 10% discount on the overnight price for stays of 28 nights and longer.
