Next to the well-known Julianadorp district you will find Juan Domingo. 5 minutes away from Hato airport, but also within 5 minutes at the nearest beach, Blue Bay.

The complex consists of 6 complete, spacious apartments each with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, large kitchen, large living room, toilet and terrace.

The apartments are spacious and well maintained. They are super neat and above all clean. The owners manager is present on the island and is ready for you.

Don't be put off by the low price. Our motto is: RATHER RENTED OUT FOR A LOW PRICE THAN ASKING A HIGH PRICE AND STANDING EMPTY!

In addition to the beds and closets, the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is also fully equipped and the apartments have a private terrace.

There is also hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartments are 70m2 of which the bedrooms are 10m2. Both have air conditioning!!

The complex is completely walled, with the entrance closed by an electric gate.
The tenant will receive a 'remote', with which he can enter the site or drive in to park the car.

All apartments are equipped with a state-of-the-art alarm system.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 29 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 15 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
